Environmental Factors in Real Estate Appraisal

This focus covers the construction and application of environmental risk models in real estate appraisal. It examines how models are built, the meaning of individual risk factors, and the distinction between severity and overall risk hazard, vulnerability and overall risk.

The discussion also addresses how appraisers source data on environmental risks related to properties and how these models are adapted for use by banks.
