The <b>European AVM Alliance (EAA)</b> is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to raise awareness about the standards an AVM must meet in order to be compliant with European regulations, and to ensure users can rely on its results. The EAA also promotes transparency in the use of these models. Its members share a commitment to the development and implementation of reliable, regulation-compliant, and market-relevant AVM solutions for the residential property sector.</div>

<p>This year’s spring summit focused on sharing knowledge and experiences related to:</p>

Representing <b>Arvio</b>, <b>Ajda Kaluža</b> gave a presentation titled <b>“Latest developments at Arvio and in the Slovenian property market.”</b> She discussed the ongoing development of AVM solutions implemented by Arvio in Slovenia, highlighting model accuracy, integration with local market data, and the relevance of AVMs in the context of the financial sector and risk assessment. </div>
